Yukon Golden Mash Potatoes Instructions
Yukon Mash Potatoes Step 1: In a small sauce pan heat the butter, salt and milk until warm.
Yukon Mash Potatoes Step 2: Cut the potatoes into even pieces.
Yukon Mash Potatoes Step 3: In a large stock pot with boiling water, boil the potatoes skin on or off, whichever you prefer, until fork tender. Using a food mill or a hand mixer, mash the potatoes.
Yukon Mash Potatoes Step 4: Mix in the milk and butter mixture. Season with the salt and pepper and garnish with chopped chives.
