Honey Glazed Salmon Step 1: In a small bowl, whisk together honey, lemon juice & zest.
Honey Glazed Salmon Step 2: In a medium non-stick sauté pan, heat oil over moderately high heat until hot, but not smoking. Add salmon and cook for 2 to 3 minutes on each side, or until medium or golden brown.
Honey Glazed Salmon Step 3: Transfer salmon to a baking dish. Pour the glaze over salmon and bake in a 350 degree oven for 7-10 minutes.
