My Mom’s cheesecake recipe is better than yours! Funny part about this recipe is my mom doesn’t like cheesecake??
She made it for every holiday dinner because everyone else loved it so much, and...the ulterior motive...it prevented her from eating tempting sweets!
Lucky for you my mom also taught me how to share. So here it is...my favorite cheesecake recipe, thanks mom!

Mom's Cheesecake Instructions

Dulce de Leche Cheesecake StepsMom's Cheesecake Step 1: Preheat oven to 375°F. 
Mom's Cheesecake Step 2: Crush the graham crackers or vanilla wafers in a food processor.
Mom's Cheesecake Step 3: Mix all of the crust ingredients together and press firmly into a 9” spring form pan and chill.
Mom's Cheesecake Step 4: In a food processor pulse the cream cheese until smooth.
Mom's Cheesecake Step 5: Add the sour cream, sugar and vanilla and mix together.
Mom's Cheesecake Step 6: Pulse the eggs in one at a time, until fully incorporated and smooth.
Mom's Cheesecake Step 7: Pour filling over the crust. Bake for 1 hour.
Mom's Cheesecake Step 8: Chill for 4-5 hours, unmold and serve.
