Chocolate Souffle Instructions

Chocolate Souffle StepsSouffle Recipe Step 1: Preheat the oven to 400°F. 
Souffle Recipe Step 2: Melt the chocolate over a double boiler.
Souffle Recipe Step 2: Using a stand mixer with a whip attachment, whip the egg whites to stiff peaks.
Souffle Recipe Step 2: In another bowl whisk together the egg yolks and sugar until pale yellow and fluffy.
Souffle Recipe Step 2: Combine the sugar and egg yolk mixture with the melted chocolate; gently fold in the egg whites.
Souffle Recipe Step 2: Spoon mixture baking ramekins or soufflé dishes.
