Black Forest Cheesecake StepsBlack Forest Cheesecake Step 1: Preheat oven to 375°F. 
Black Forest Cheesecake Step 2: Crush the graham crackers or Oreo cookies in a food processor.
Black Forest Cheesecake Step 3: Mix all of the crust ingredients together and press firmly into a 9” spring form pan and chill.
Black Forest Cheesecake Step 4: In a food processor pulse the cream cheese until smooth.
Black Forest Cheesecake Step 5: Add the sour cream, sugar and vanilla and mix together.
Black Forest Cheesecake Step 6: Pulse the eggs in one at a time, until fully incorporated and smooth.
Black Forest Cheesecake Step 7: Pour filling over the crust. Swirl in the cherries and bake for 1 hour.
Black Forest Cheesecake Step 8: Chill for 4-5 hours, unmold and serve.
